Flower Infused Sugar
Recipe type: Infusion
Serves: 2 cups
  • • ⅓ cup dried herbs or edible flowers
  • • 2 cups organic sugar (white or brown)
  1. Pour herbs into a quart size mason jar. Cover with two cups of sugar and close with a lid. Give it a good shake and let sit in a cool, dry place for two weeks (giving it a good shake every day).
